Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)
Preamble
The following conditions apply within the scope of the website https://fynaven.com and products sold by FYNAVEN. All goods sold on fynaven.com are either produced on demand by our partner Printful or processed by Fynaven directly and their characteristics are detailed on each product page. The prices indicated are final and cannot be subject to discounts except for ongoing promotions.
Payment
FYNAVEN offers several payment methods: Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Paypal.
Any order is due in full upon creation. Any breach (fraud, payment default) will cancel the order.
Prices
The prices indicated on the website are final, excluding ongoing promotions and discounts or those that may result from a particular situation agreed upon by both parties.
Production Time
Items in stock, as identified by the tag “in-stock”, visible on the product page, are sent upon order (with a 1-2 days processing).
Items on demand, as identified by the tag “on-demand”, visible on the product page, are placed for manufacturing with our partner Printful. An estimated delivery time is indicated on the shipping costs.
Customer Account Creation
You have the option to create a customer account to save your shipping information. You remain solely responsible for the reliability of your login credentials, particularly the strength of your password. This account remains optional.

By browsing the website, you agree to use it legally and not to exploit any potential vulnerabilities.
Shipping
FYNAVEN ships worldwide.
Each package includes a tracking number that will be communicated to the buyer when their order is shipped.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only based on information provided by the shipping carrier. The french postal services usually delviers packages in 2 work days, while international shipping can take up to a month.
FYNAVEN is not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
For a selection of location, delivery to a Service Point is also available for your convenience.

Refunds and Returns
Right of Withdrawal
Consumer law allows you to withdraw from your purchase up to 14 days after receiving the item. The amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded to you upon receipt of the item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused) and in its original packaging, with return costs remaining your responsibility. If the product does not reach us within 14 days following the implementation of the right of withdrawal, the amount will not be refunded to you.
For our customers outside the EU, this period does not apply and no returns will be accepted.
Legal Warranty
Consumer law covers the legal warranty against hidden defects. A hidden defect must meet these criteria:
- The defect must be a hidden defect, i.e., not apparent at the time of purchase;
- The defect must render the item unusable or greatly reduce its use;
- The defect must exist at the time of purchase;
- The product does not match the sales description.
We invite you to contact us as soon as possible if applicable. If the defect is proven, you will be fully refunded upon return of the product.
